Protecting Your Peace: Meditation
Take a deep breath and quiet your heart.
As you meditate on John 14:27, reflect on the peace Jesus offers—the kind that transcends the world’s peace. Let this truth settle deeply within you.
Consider areas in your life where you’ve been searching for peace in temporary things. Invite God’s peace to enter those spaces and fill them with His presence. Trust that His peace is not based on circumstances but on His unchanging love and faithfulness.
Ask God to help you align your mind, body, and spirit with His peace, allowing His presence to guide and sustain you through the chaos of life.
John 14:27—Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Don’t let your heart be troubled or fearful.
As you meditate on God’s peace, take a moment to journal any thoughts or feelings He is revealing to you, and reflect on how you can apply His peace in your life today.
