God in the Midst of DepressionSample

Reflection:
When we feel weak, God invites us to rest in His grace. Paul, in his personal struggle, discovered that God’s grace not only sustained him but also gave him strength to face his trials. This verse reminds us that weakness is not an obstacle to God; it’s an opportunity for His power to shine in our lives.
In the midst of depression, we may feel unable to move forward, but it is precisely in those moments that God’s grace becomes evident. We don’t need to have all the answers or the strength to keep going; we simply need to trust that His grace is enough to carry us, one day at a time.
Personal Application:
Today, reflect on the ways God has worked in your life even during hard times. Make a list of things you’re grateful for, no matter how small, and pray for His grace to continue strengthening your heart.
Reflection Questions:
- How can you see God’s grace working in your weakness?
- What steps can you take to rely more on His power and less on your own strength?
