Like the World Has Never SeenSample

Bring It Now
This song was birthed out of a place of desperation for God to bring heaven down to our church, and for revival to break out among our communities. We wanted to start the chorus with the first section of the Lord’s Prayer, as we felt it was crucial to be obedient to the way that God instructs us in how to pray. The second half of the chorus was birthed from Ezekiel 37, where God tells Ezekiel to prophesy over dry bones and tell them to live and they do! Wrapping up the chorus, we ask for God to bring REVIVAL to our cities, our families, our nation, and our world NOW!
In the Word, we read time and time again of situations where God has done supernatural miracles because ordinary people have had faith. To name a few: Hannah received a son after being barren (1 Samuel 1:10-20), Elijah prayed and God set fire to consume the altar on Mount Carmel (1 Kings 18), Moses lifted his staff and God split the Red Sea (Exodus 14), and Paul and Silas had their chains broken and were set free from prison because of their worship (Acts 16). These stories remind us that God is more than able to do miracles in our lives when we put our faith and hope in Him. Relationships can be restored, addictions can be broken, and bodies can be healed when we call on the name of Jesus. We can see revival in our lives through praying bold prayers and living a faith-filled life. What can you call on the Lord for today?

About this Plan

For all the ways that God has moved in the past, we know there's so much more to come. Looking through the stories and verses from Southland's debut album "Like The World Has Never Seen," we draw into the Awakening that God wants to bring in our heart, family, city, and nation.
