Reread verses 4–10. In what ways has Israel demonstrated its rejection of the LORD’s teachings? What will be the consequence of Israel’s alliance with Assyria? According to verse 13, what punishment will be inflicted on the people?
Pray
Sovereign God, you are my Maker. May I never forget your teachings. Day by day help me to grow in knowledge of you as I journey in faith. Amen.
