Quitting Is the KeySample

Day 5: Quit Comparing Yourself to Others
Friend, I learned one thing in life a few years ago: comparison kills gratitude. Do you ever look at someone else’s life and feel like you’re missing out? Comparing yourself to others only brings sadness or pride. But God’s plan for you is special and good. Focus on what He has given you, not what others have. Gratitude helps you see the blessings in your own life. "The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance." — Psalm 16:6
Friend, what’s one way you’ve been comparing yourself to others? How can you focus on what God has given you?
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for the unique plan You have for my life. Help me to stop comparing myself to others and to be thankful for what I have. Amen.
Your identity isn’t in your struggles or failures—it’s in Christ. You can boldly say:
“I am in Christ. I am unstoppable in God’s will. My life has purpose. My future is bright. I have so much to be thankful for. My hardships make me stronger. And my greatest reward is knowing Jesus.
Remember, you are a miracle.
