As we continue our divine romance with the Lord throughout the rest of our lives, the promise of rejoicing with Him for eternity inspires and enthralls us! We are His darling, His beloved, His graceful gazelle who runs by His side on the mountaintops. Every day, both now and forever, we have His peaceful green pastures to lie in and refreshing, still waters to satiate our thirst for His presence.

As you go forth, remember this wonderful love duet you have with Him! Instead of getting caught up in the temporary, earthly things that happen daily, get into God’s Word and become heavenly-minded. Keep your purpose in mind. Be encouraged every day, knowing that He loves you now and He will love you for eternity.

We must view things from heaven’s perspective so that the troubles of the day do not take over our minds and cause us to worry. As we stay focused on heaven, knowing we have this eternal bliss that is promised to us, we can let things go. We can turn our thoughts to the one we trust to care for us throughout this life and into eternity.

May this divine duet between you and your wonderful Shepherd-King grow deeper, more fulfilling, and closer each day! You, beloved, are the apple of His eye. And you are going higher and higher up the mountain with your sweet Shepherd-King—rising up into greater and greater victory. It’s time to arise to all that awaits you in Him!

I AM focused on heaven. I AM so in love with my Savior. I AM expecting great things all the days of my life.

Remember, we capitalize the I AM to demonstrate our awareness that Christ in us gives us everything we need. We are nothing without Him.
