Day 5: Love That Remains Forever

Scripture:
"And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." – 1 Corinthians 13:13 (NIV)

The beauty of God’s love is that it is eternal. In 1 Corinthians 13, Paul reminds us that while faith and hope are essential in our Christian walk, love is the greatest. The love of God will never fail—it is unshakable, unchanging, and eternal. While the things of this world may fade, the love of Jesus remains constant. It is a love that transcends time and space, a love that will endure through every trial and every joy.

As we meditate on this love, we are reminded that it is not a fleeting emotion or a passing sentiment. The love of Jesus is the most powerful force in the universe, and it will last forever. It is the love that sustains us through life’s highs and lows, and it will be the love that we experience for all eternity.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the eternal love that You have lavished on me through Jesus Christ. I am so grateful that Your love never fails, never changes, and never ends. Help me to live in the reality of Your everlasting love, and may I share that love with others in every area of my life. Teach me to love as You love, knowing that Your love will remain forever. I place my trust in Your love, and I thank You for the gift of it. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
