Sealed at the Moment of Conversion

The Holy Spirit seals us at the very moment we believe in Jesus. This seal is the confirmation of our belonging to God, a spiritual mark authenticating our identity as His sons and daughters. This act of sealing does not depend on our merits but on God’s grace that reaches us through faith.

However, many Christians, though sealed, stray away or forget what this seal represents. It is both a guarantee and a call to obedience, communion, and holy living. Just as the sealed deed in Jeremiah’s time symbolized a future promise, the Holy Spirit reminds us of the heavenly inheritance that awaits us.

This seal spiritually protects us, ensuring that we belong to God and are participants in His eternal covenant. It is also the assurance that God will complete His work in us, even amid struggles and trials.
