We Grow: A Journey of Drawing Closer to God - FebruarySample

February 2: Day 33 of 365
In Genesis 39-40, Joseph demonstrates remarkable faithfulness despite injustice. Falsely accused and imprisoned, he remains steadfast, trusting God even when circumstances seem hopeless. The Holy Spirit strengthens us in such trials, helping us remain faithful when life’s challenges threaten to wear us down. He enables us to trust that God is present, even when the way forward is unclear.
In Matthew 21, Jesus tells the parable of the tenants, addressing those who reject God’s messengers and reminding us of the consequences of resisting God’s ways. The Spirit invites us to respond faithfully to God’s call, reminding us that even in hardship, God is at work, preparing us for His purposes.
Today, invite the Holy Spirit to renew your trust in God’s faithfulness. Ask Him to strengthen you in any trials you face, knowing that God is with you, refining your character and preparing you for what’s ahead.
