We Grow: A Journey of Drawing Closer to GodSample
Day 83 of 365
In Deuteronomy 1, Moses recounts Israel’s journey through the wilderness, reminding them of God’s provision in every struggle and His strength in every battle. This remembrance reinforces that God’s promises never fail, even in our wilderness seasons. The Holy Spirit brings to mind the moments in our own lives when God has shown up, guiding us, comforting us, and providing for us in ways we may not have fully appreciated at the time.
In Luke 2, the birth of Jesus is the ultimate fulfillment of God’s promise to redeem humanity. The Spirit stirs gratitude in our hearts for a God who became Emmanuel—God with us—demonstrating a love that crosses every boundary to reach us.
Today, ask the Holy Spirit to help you remember God’s faithfulness. Reflect on past experiences where God’s presence was undeniable. Let these memories build your faith, knowing that the God who was faithful before is faithful now and always.
