We Grow: A Journey of Drawing Closer to GodSample
Day 28 of 365
In Matthew 18, Jesus calls us to forgive others without limit, just as God has forgiven us. The Holy Spirit enables us to forgive when it feels difficult, reminding us of the grace we have received. Through the Spirit, we find the strength to release bitterness and walk in freedom.
Genesis 27-28 tells of Jacob’s deception and the consequences that follow. Despite Jacob’s actions, God extends grace to him, demonstrating His faithfulness. The Spirit empowers us to extend this same grace to others, freeing us to forgive and move forward.
Today, ask the Holy Spirit to help you forgive any unresolved hurt. Allow Him to guide you in extending grace, knowing that forgiveness leads to freedom.
