What is holding you back from accessing God?
Before Jesus’s crucifixion, people had to bring an animal sacrifice to atone for their sins. Only the priests were able to apply the sacrifice on the altar and mercy seat to appease God. The mercy seat was separated by a veil and located in the most holy place in the temple. When Jesus died on the cross the veil in the temple was torn from top to bottom. Jesus became the innocent sinless sacrificial lamb of God. Jesus has paid the price for all the sins of the world. Everyone now has direct access to God.
