How does Jesus display His supremacy during trials?

Jesus knew He would be arrested by the Romans and imprisoned for his teachings. But even during his arrest, He never failed to declare his deity. He told the soldiers who He was, and the power of this declaration made them fall back.

Jesus never forgot His identity as both man and God. When the soldiers came to arrest him, he controlled the situation. He submitted to their authority because He knew it was prophesied that He would die for the world's sins.

When trials come, as they often do, remember that Jesus is still in control. Regardless of the circumstances, you can trust that your Savior has you firmly in His hand. Faith in Jesus should never be conditional. Trust in His power and authority over your life, especially when facing trials.
