Strengthen Your Faith #5 He Is the Holy Spirit

DAY 2 OF 6

Convincing the World

The Holy Spirit plays a vital role in convincing the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment.

The work of the Holy Spirit is not to condemn but to open people’s eyes to their true spiritual state. Without the work of the Holy Spirit, no one would recognize their own sin or understand their distance from God because only He can deeply touch the human heart and reveal the need for a relationship with God.

Sin, as explained in the following verses, is that of “not believing” in Jesus.

Therefore, the Holy Spirit works to highlight this disbelief, showing people that rejecting Jesus is the true sin that separates us from the Father.

His work of conviction illuminates the truth, revealing how essential it is to believe in Christ to be saved.

The Word of God tells us that we all have sinned and fall short of God's glory. This means that we are all guilty before God, but the Holy Spirit makes us feel this burden.

Through His action, people are led to repentance, recognizing the need for forgiveness and grace.

He draws souls to God, showing that justice is available only through Jesus Christ, the only righteous one.

The mission of the Spirit is to guide hearts toward a transforming awareness that sin exists and that salvation is possible.

This truth is a gift because, through it, people open themselves to God's grace and new life in Christ, having understood the need for His forgiveness and presence.

About this Plan

Strengthen Your Faith #5 He Is the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is also called the Consoler because he is the spiritual guide that Jesus promised to his disciples before ascending to heaven. He is the divine presence that dwells in Christians, giving them strength, peace, wisdom, and spiritual charisms to serve God and others. With this plan, we will help you get to know him and seek him to live a full and amazing life.
