Day 1: Where Are You? A Call to Self-Examination
**Reflection**
When God asked Adam, "Where are you?" it was more than a question of location; it was a profound call to self-examination. God knew exactly where Adam was physically, but He wanted Adam to recognize his spiritual state. The same question is being asked of us today: "Where are you?" Spiritually, we can be present in the world but distant from God. Sometimes, we hide behind our routines, achievements, or even our own righteousness, but deep down, we know there are areas in our lives that are not fully surrendered to Him. Reflect on your spiritual journey today. Are there areas where you feel distant from God? Are there sins, habits, or mindsets that have caused you to hide from His presence?
This call to self-examination is not about condemnation but about realizing where we stand with God and choosing to step back into His light. God’s question is an invitation to return, to come out from hiding, and to be honest about our spiritual condition. Just as Adam and Eve hid out of shame, we too can find ourselves hiding due to guilt or fear. Today, God calls us out of hiding, not to judge us, but to embrace us, to bring us back into fellowship with Him. Let us take this moment to answer His call, to recognize where we are, and to make a decision to draw closer to Him.
**Prayer**
Heavenly Father, I hear Your call today asking, "Where are you?" I confess that I have wandered away in certain areas of my life. I ask for Your help to see clearly where I am spiritually. Help me to step out of hiding and draw near to You. Remove any barriers that keep me from Your presence and restore our relationship. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.

About this Plan
"Where Are You?" is a five-day devotional designed to guide you through a journey of self-examination, repentance, and spiritual renewal. This devotional is inspired by the moment in Genesis when God asked Adam, "Where are you?" after he and Eve had sinned. This question, while seemingly simple, carries a profound spiritual inquiry. God wasn’t just asking about Adam's physical location; He was calling attention to Adam’s spiritual state.
