Today, read this chapter one more time and talk about these questions together. Why do you think those other guys wanted to get Daniel in trouble? Daniel faced the lions’ den not because he did something wrong, but because he did something right. Have you ever seen someone get teased or hated for doing what was right? Daniel’s faith in God also showed King Darius how powerful his God was. How could standing up for what’s right make other people put their faith in God? How would you feel if you were in the lions’ den? What are your prayer habits like? Do you think you’d get arrested for the amount of time you spend praying like Daniel did?
