Fuel the FireSample

In this scripture, God provides the ingredients for a life of prosperity– not in a worldly way of success, but in spiritual aspects of our lives. The more we immerse ourselves in God’s word, the more our hearts align with God’s purpose and plan for our lives.
Just as we eat food and drink water daily, we need to consume scripture daily. The Bible is the only book that as you read it, it reads you. God’s word serves as a manual, or guide book for our lives. Matthew 4:4 says, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.” Consuming and meditating on scripture helps us to internalize God’s word and truth, and helps us to align our hearts with His commands.
True success and prosperity, as promised in this scripture, comes from a life supplemented by spiritual growth, peace, and a life in alignment with God’s purpose.

About this Plan

As Christians, it can be easy to go through the motions of life, where the hardships and challenges try to extinguish your spiritual flame. 2 Timothy 1:6-7 reminds us that our job as believers is to fuel our spiritual flame- through meditation on God’s word, spending time in his presence, and prayer. Join us on this journey to Fuel the Fire in your life.
