Let's be honest: Change is scary! Even good change can be a little scary at first! The fear of the unknown can often hold us back from experiencing many different things in life. The Bible tells us that not only is God always with us, but God goes before us. So, no matter how afraid we are of the unknown changes that could be ahead of us in life, God knows what’s coming. Because of that, we can be strong in the face of change because we know that God knows our future and is always in it with us. Thanks to God, we will never be left to face change—good or bad—by ourselves.

Today, take a moment to thank God for being with us when we experience change, for reminding us we are not alone as we go through it, and for helping us remember we don’t have to be afraid in the middle of it.
