Live Out Your Faith with FitnessSample
Outside (Negative) Influencers
It’s always good to be prepared. Kind of like the Boy Scouts! When you embark on a fitness journey be prepared for the outside negative influencers to rain on your parade. If you are a believer, then you might already experienced this. There will always be people who will try to derail your love for Jesus and your goal to be fit and healthy.
How will you remain strong and committed?
#1) Remain strong in Christ. Start each day with asking him to help you - be it to swim laps, run five miles or respond in love to the people who want you to give up.
#2) Listen to God, not the naysayers. Jesus has truth for you to hear and believe.
#3) Stay the course. There is a reason why life is sometimes referred to as a battle - because it is. Everyday we need to keep the faith. When a workout is tough, a run that was supposed to be easy and yet was difficult or when outside people speak negative words to us about your new way of life. Remember your goals and stay the course
#4) Keep the faith. Sometimes you just need to tune out the noise of the world and focus on your goals and your fitness.
Decide. Commit. Keep the faith!
