LIFE IS BIGGER THAN MONEY

I was embarrassed, yet humble enough to thank the kind-hearted person blessing me.

My debit card had declined due to insufficient funds. Yet, I had essential items I needed for my family in my cart. As I frantically checked my wallet for another form of payment, a woman behind me graciously offered to pay for my items.

As I walked back to my car, tears began to stream down my face. I knew GOD was speaking to me through this situation.

I had recently given birth to our second son, and the decision to stay home drastically changed my family’s financial status. Instead of adjusting my spending habits and updating the family budget, I tried to operate as if our financial situation had not changed.

I thanked GOD for His grace, yet cried out for wisdom on becoming a better steward of what GOD had blessed my family with financially.
