The Making OfSample

Want an easy-to-remember way to read and study the Bible? No matter which passage of Scripture you're reading, ask yourself these three questions: "What?" "So What?" "Now What?" We'll show you how!
WHAT? What is this passage about?
How did spending time with God change Moses? What did others notice about him?
SO WHAT? Why does it matter?
- Why do you think Moses's story still matters today?
- Even though we can't be face-to-face with God, what elements of Moses's experience can relate to our own?
NOW WHAT? What should I do about it?
- Have you or someone you know ever had an encounter with God that brought about an excitement that had to be shared? What was that like?
- Becoming like Jesus is a journey of big moments and small steps. Where do you see yourself today?
- What would it look like for you to radiate the change being with God has brought about in you?

About this Plan

As we watch our favorite movies, we may not realize all of the work that went into making the cinematic masterpiece. In the same way, we might expect our relationship with God to look like a finished product when it's still in the making. In this 4-week devotional series from Grow Curriculum, we'll see how our habits behind the scenes help us grow the faith we want to see.
