God's Redemption Story (The Prophets)Sample

Jeremiah Week 1 – Day 5
While much of Jeremiah condemns the sin of Judah and warns of God’s anger, the beginning of chapter 4 demonstrates God doesn’t want to punish His people. He provides clear steps for them to return to a healthy relationship with him.
God also gives us a clear path to be reconciled to Him and experience His healing. In John 14:6 (NIV), Jesus says, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” When Jesus died on the cross, he took our sins so we could be with God. If you want to leave behind your life of sin, hurt, and brokenness, take the simple step of giving your heart to Jesus.
