Jesus replied, “Not everyone can accept this word, but only those to whom it has been given.
“For some are eunuchs because they were born that way; others have been made eunuchs; and others have renounced marriage because of the kingdom of heaven.
“The one who can accept this should accept it.”
I say to you that many will come from the east and the west, and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven;whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Truly I tell you, it is hard for the rich to enter the kingdom of heaven.
“Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for the rich to enter the kingdom of God.”
As you go, proclaim this message: “The kingdom of heaven has come near.”
