Some of us may have stories that are not easy to share. In a world where imperfect families, financial hardships, and hate for one another can bring so much hurt into our lives, when we finally find our way to Christ, we often never want to think about those difficulties again. And in order not to remember our past, we stop ourselves from telling others about the salvation we’ve received. It’s not as though we are ashamed of the Gospel itself, but instead, we may feel shame over the way we’ve behaved in the past. This shame stops us from being open with one another. But that shame does not come from God.
Instead, God reminds us again and again that we have salvation through Jesus Christ. And it’s God who has the power and promises to rewrite our stories. Think about the story of salvation that you have to share. Maybe you’ve been a Christian your whole life, and you want others to know what it feels like to always walk with Jesus. Or maybe you’ve become a believer just recently, and your life is so different that you can’t wait to tell others about what God has done for you.Where are some places in your life where you can begin to share your story with others?

About this Plan
When it comes to our relationship with God, habits can take on a huge role. They can work to help us stay consistently connected to Him, or become distractions that keep our minds focused on what we want and not on what God wants for our lives. We’ll take a look at how being consistent with our spiritual habits helps us maintain a close relationship with our Savior.
