Peace! What a beautiful word; it feels like most of the world is chasing Peace but often missing out on it. Why? Because we’re seeking Peace from the wrong source. Even Christians will ask God for “material things,” assuming that when God does that miracle, then they will have Peace, but that’s not how Peace works. Peace is an inside-out Work of God, not an outside-in work. If you’ve been fighting to create circumstances that will give you rest, it’s time to lay that down and focus on Jesus. He will break off demonic oppression and give you True Peace. You don’t earn Peace or work for Peace; Jesus gives it to you as part of being with Him.
