Today we start the final third set of lessons. How does God want us to wield the spiritual weapons He has provided for life's battles?

From the Garden of Eden, to Jesus's temptation, to today, the darts of the enemy consistently focus on three areas where we are all vulnerable. Read 1 John 2:15-17.

Write down the three areas of temptation listed in the passage. Put an asterisk next to the one Satan uses most often to tempt you.

Read the four passages provided below and note what they have in common and how they apply to you personally.

"And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect." Romans 12:2 NASB 95

"For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace, because the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able to do so, and those who are in the flesh cannot please God." "Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Therefore consider the members of your earthly body as dead to immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and greed, which amounts to idolatry." Colossians 3:1-5 NASB 95
