DAY 204 OF 365

He Is With Us

- Pastor Matt Markarian

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” – Isaiah 41:10 (NIV)

Life often confronts us with uncertainties, challenges, and moments that evoke fear. In these times, Isaiah 41:10 serves as a reassuring beacon of hope. God speaks to us through Isaiah, reminding us that fear has no place when He is with us. This verse echoes His promise of unwavering presence, strength, and support.

"Do not fear, for I am with you." This statement is one of the most comforting passages in the bible. He is a constant companion through every trial, offering comfort and peace amid life's storms.

"Do not be dismayed, for I am your God." The Lord Almighty declares His sovereign authority over every circumstance. He invites us to anchor our trust in Him, even in the most uncertain times.

"I will strengthen you and help you." Our human limitations are no match for the limitless strength of our God. In our weakest moments, His divine power works within us, providing the fortitude to endure and overcome.

"I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." God doesn't merely offer assistance from afar; He actively sustains us. His righteous hand upholds, guides, and protects us, ensuring we don't stumble or fall.

Make a Difference:

Take a moment to think about these questions:

How does knowing that God is always with us and offering strength impact how we face challenges and fears?

What practical ways can we remind ourselves of God's promise and presence during challenging times?

How does understanding God's sovereignty and His commitment to uphold us shape our perspective on trusting Him in various areas of life?

Let Isaiah 41:10 be a constant reminder of God's faithfulness and assurance, empowering us to face each day with courage and confidence in His unfailing love.

As You Read:

Try to empathize with the nation of Israel. They are moving toward exile. Amid this trial, God is promising to be there with them. He is there with you during your trial as well.
