“He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” – Micah 6:8 (ESV)

In a world of complexities and challenges, Micah 6:8 cuts through the noise, revealing a blueprint for a life that delights God. This powerful verse serves as a call and a divine assignment for each of us. "Doing justice" is the active expression of our faith. It's about honesty and fairness, recognizing that our sense of justice displays God's character.

To “love mercy” extends beyond the mere act of showing compassion. It is a heartfelt love for giving grace to others, just as we have received undeserved grace from God. And to “walk humbly” reflects a heart committed to God. We can better understand ourselves and those around us as we embrace humility.

As you reflect on this scripture, consider your daily life.
