ReFOCUS Life Through the Lens of Psalm 23Sample
Day 2: My
APPLICATION
- How does what I read apply to my life today?
- Is there a specific action I need to take or declaration I need to make?
- Since God is our shepherd, take inventory of whether or not all of your life is being lived in obedience to him. Spend time confessing to any area where you are not bringing your life under his care and leadership.
MEMORIZATION
If you haven’t already memorized Psalm 23, I want to challenge you to put this psalm to memory by the end of the 21 days. Each day, we will focus on a portion, and as we walk through it, we will build on it. If you are a parent, this is a great activity to do with your kids. Make it a family thing.
The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. Psalm 23:1
PRAYER
Lord, thank you for being my shepherd. Thank you that you are God who is personal and desires a relationship with me. Help me to live a life as if I belong to you. In Jesus’ name, amen.
