Nestled amidst the awe-inspiring architecture of ancient Jerusalem, scholars and prophets, the learned and the curious, all converged.

Each word was a testament to wisdom, each sentence, a masterpiece painted with the brushes of precision.

Peterson’s advice finds its spiritual echo here, where precision in speech was not just valued but was considered a divine attribute.

In the Bible, words have power.

God spoke, and the world came into existence.

Jesus spoke, and the sick were healed, the storm calmed.

It's a reminder that precision in speech is not a societal expectation but a spiritual discipline.

Imagine, for a moment, Solomon, his words, often etched in the eternal pages of Proverbs.

Each saying, a result of profound reflection, and each piece of advice is a culmination of divine wisdom and human experience.

Not long ago I dove head-first into all things regarding words and their physical and psychological impact.

I knew what the Bible said, but to be honest, I didn’t really believe what the Bible said. I kept Bible stuff separate from the wisdom of this world.

Another huge blunder of mine.

The data and science are profound regarding your words and the impact they have not only on your life but also on those around you.

I liken words to the “building blocks” of your life.

So, the question you have to ask yourself is, “Am I building the right things with my words?”

Another question to ponder is, “What do I want to build with my words?”

Can I bring you in on a little secret?

The devil knows the power of words which is why the world is so unbridled regarding words.

While there are great positives to social media, I hope you can see the nuclear-level negatives exploding and affecting you.

Before I leave you with a few more questions to ponder ~ you must know that the Lord has great plans for you.

You CAN change what you say and you CAN change what you believe.

The fullness of life is right before you and you must answer this question for your life.

Who will you give your life to, God or the worries of this world?

Let me drop a few more questions for you to consider:

• How do your words reflect your inner world?
• Are there moments when impulsivity overrules precision in your speech?
• How can you cultivate the art of weighing your words, ensuring they are both true and kind?
