Faith & Love: A One Year Bible Reading Plan - Part 12Sample

Today, our focus is on Revelation 5:9-10. These verses present a breathtaking vision of Jesus Christ, foretold by the apostle John. Let's explore the depth of these verses together.
Revelation 5:9-10 'And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation, and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth.”'
In these verses, we hear a new song declaring Jesus as worthy to open the seals, for He sacrificed Himself to ransom people from every corner of the world. This is the heart of the gospel, a powerful reminder of what Jesus has done for each of us.
Take a moment today to contemplate the profound truth of who Jesus is and what He has accomplished.
In a world still marred by conflicts, remember that Jesus has already won. We are part of a new kingdom, a united nation in Christ.
As we witness ongoing wars for rulership and ownership, let's pray for a revelation of Jesus Christ as the ultimate King. May people everywhere recognize His victory and turn to Him. Join me in praying for a world that embraces the reality of Jesus as King.
John saw heaven and the reality of Jesus as our King. As we pray for peace on earth, let's also pray for a revelation of the fullness of Christ in our lives.
Remember, we are part of His triumphant kingdom.
