You can never please a sinner. So why try and labour on such a pointless task. Instead of fearing that we may upset people and have their anger directed our way when we do right, let’s focus on the way God works.
Prayer: Lord, forgive me when I try to please people but forget that You are in total control of every situation. Empower me so I will not fear man but can boldly do the right thing, and trust that You alone are the judge. Also, good will come from righteous deeds. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
