Truth Teller

Not only does God tell the truth, he is the truth. There isn’t a shadow of doubt, manipulation, or deceitfulness in him. God is pure light and love. He is the source of wisdom, power, and strength. He is the most creative being in the universe, and he follows through on his word.

Though you may struggle to believe others when they disappoint you, can you put your total trust in God? What he has said, he will do. What he has spoken, he will fulfill. He promises to be with you to the end of the age. Lean on his wisdom, even and especially when you have reached the end of your own. God is the way, the truth, and the life. Christ is a reliable help, trustworthy leader, and ever-present friend. Look to him in every trial and in every triumph, for he is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Jesus Christ, thank you for the power of your love that stands the test of time. You do not lie or cheat or steal. You are pure, true, and faithful. I trust you.
