Kingdom People - the Early ChurchSample

We’ve been learning about Kingdom People - The Early Church. That is how the Church got started after Jesus returned to heaven and the people who devoted their lives to God’s Kingdom.
We discover the stories of kingdom people in the early church in the books of the New Testament. Many of these books are letters sent to the first churches to encourage them and instruct them. Peter, who was one of Jesus’ disciples, wrote two of these letters.
Peter wrote to encourage the believers to keep growing, to become mature in Christ, and to live holy and Godly lives. He knew they would face challenges, trials, and even persecution. At that time, there were even people trying to lead them astray with false teachings. What would keep them on track? To keep growing in knowing God’s truth.
It’s the same for us today; we can easily be caught up in believing things aren’t true, and we can face challenges and hard times. That’s why it’s so important, as kingdom people, that as part of the church, we keep growing and help others grow.
Kingdom people help each other grow.
