Now that we are in Christ, we are to live in goodness, righteousness, and truth. This is a summary of the fruit of the Spirit from Galatians 5 and are the result of walking in the light. Now that we have focused on adding certain habits, we can commit to the type of person we want to become.

Learn

We get to be that light to other people who are living in darkness. We get to be an example as well as present the truth to them. We aren’t just supposed to remove ourselves from the darkness, we have a responsibility to dispel and expose it from the earth. This is who we become when we walk in the light of Christ, and we get to share it with others.

Think about who you see yourself being in 5 years if your current habits continue to develop. Is the person you want to be and the person God wants you to be the same person?
