The Complete Guide to Calming Exam StressSample
Lists. You’ve probably got one going with all the notes to review, subjects to study, dates to remember and more. You can put a pin in that list for a moment, take a big breath and open a fresh page of your notebook.
Let’s make another list. As we wrap up this devotional, take a moment to write a list of all the moments you invited God into your life this week. Maybe it’s been a blur, and you don’t remember… that’s okay! We can walk backward through all we learned this week with some questions, and maybe you’ll see how you were orienting your life around God instead of feeling stuck in your stress.
Do you see the moments you invited God into your life? Maybe it was by pausing and taking those deep breaths. Maybe it was by writing down your emotions. Maybe it was choosing to play worship music while you studied. These were invitations.
God created you as a whole person, and every part of you is important to Him. He designed you to relate to Him in so many ways, and He is waiting there, ready to meet you in so many ways.
And when you invite Him to walk with you, you will walk the path of peace.
