Have you ever walked somewhere at night when it is so dark you can’t see a thing in front of you? It is terrifying. You might trip on obstacles you can’t see and be scared of what is around you.
This is exactly what it is like to do life without the ultimate guide that God gave us: the Bible. It’s like we are stumbling around in the dark without a flashlight. But the Bible is like our flashlight in the dark. The Bible gives instructions for how we can live our lives in a way that God wants us to live. It teaches us how to follow Jesus and how to be better at life!
So I challenge you today: keep reading the Bible! Today, start by reading more of Psalm 119. Then, ask God to continue using the Bible to help you navigate whatever it is that you are facing this week.
