He Has Promised to Protect Us

The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom should I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom should I be afraid?

Dear Lord, You are my salvation. You have promised to protect me and my family, so we have nothing to fear.

I thank You for Your protection, and I pray that my children will entrust their lives to You. When they do, they are secure.

Sometimes life is difficult. But when we lift our eyes to You, Father, You strengthen us. When we are weak, You lift us up. When we are fearful, You give us hope. Today and every day, let us turn to You for strength, for hope, and for direction.
