21 Days of Fasting and PrayerSample
READ
“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.”—Romans 12:1 (NIV)
RESPOND
True freedom is found in surrendering to your Creator. In view of God’s mercy, seen in how Jesus died for us, you should want to live for Him and follow His perfect Word and plan for your life. This is the sacrifice Paul talks about—true and proper worship. Today, look in your heart and ask yourself, “Am I worshiping God in this way? What areas have I not given over control of and surrendered my will to Him?” Then, take the step of faith to prayerfully say, Jesus, I give these areas to You. Have Your way!”
PRAY
Faithful Father, thank You for Your mercy! Thank You for showering us with it even though we don’t deserve it. I ask You to keep my eyes fixed on Jesus. Help me cultivate the habit of remembrance so I can remind myself of His work in my life and live in surrender and trust as a result. My life belongs to You, my Maker and my King. I give myself to You today! Use me and mold me as you please, Jesus. I love you. Amen.

About this Plan
Take a 21-day journey of prayer and fasting with us. Why a fast? Because in it, we have this amazing opportunity to grow closer to Jesus and know Him more deeply as we seek freedom, breakthrough, and guidance! In this plan, we'll have the opportunity to read Scripture and a devotional, meditate on a reflective prompt, and pray.
