God is making everything new.
A day is coming when all that is wrong with our world will be made right. There will be no more tears, no more sadness, no more death, no more exploitation, hurt, or injustice. Shalom will be restored. Things will once again be exactly the way God intended. This is the hope we have in Jesus. So, remember this truth the next time you see injustice in our world. Stop and pray, as Jesus, “your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”
Next Step: Take a moment today to thank God for making everything new. Write out a prayer, poem, song, or draw a picture to represent your thanksgiving to God. He is making everything new! Let’s praise him!
