PRAY:  Hello Lord, I'm here with You again and I want to tell You openly about my troubles. I acknowledge that when I am under great pressure, You are here. You know that right now, my fears feel beyond my ability to endure, yet I don't want to despair of even life itself because You promise me that I should rely on You, my God who raises the dead! Therefore, please remind me that I shouldn't worry about anything, because You are bigger than any obstacle I'm facing! I praise You and I love You!!!!

REFLECT: As in Asia, Christians in Hollywood, and the media in general, often feel very alone, even to the point of desperation, as they work and live in this spiritually dark and challenging environment. They would be more effective in their lives and work and more encouraged in their lives if they could express their struggles to one person, or a group of people, and inform them of what is going on in their lives. We would see more breakthroughs in the media if the Christians working there had more supporters on the outside. Do you know Christians who are on the mission field? How can you be more effective in their lives? Is God putting anyone on your heart to reach out to, pray for, or even email? Think about whom you may be able to encourage.

ACT: Are you connected to anyone in the media whom you can touch base with, pray for, encourage, or even save their life? If so, reach out to them and let them know you care about them and you’re praying for them. If not, pray for the Lord to connect you with a Christian in the media so that you can be their prayer partner and intercede for them as they live the difficult life of a media professional.
