Starting Off the New Year Strong!Sample
All you need in 2023!
Happy New Year!
From the bottom of my heart, I hope that this year will be the MOST AWESOME year you've ever experienced! That's exactly my prayer for you amid this time of often not-so-good news and decision-making that requires great wisdom.
Even if you currently have a thousand question marks about your future or concerns are robbing you of sleep, I just know it's possible to experience this miracle of an amazing new year!
I'd love to share with you today what has empowered me to look into the future—into this new year—full of confidence! This small verse filled with great meaning has given me strength:
"...it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me." (Galatians 2:20, NKJV)
If you have accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior, He lives IN YOU! You no longer have to live this life by yourself…He lives it with you! Wow! Do you realize what that means?
If worries come to you, they come to Jesus. If bad news comes to you, it comes to Jesus. If sickness comes to you, it comes to Jesus. Not to you! It comes to Jesus, who proclaims, "...' All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.'" (Matthew 28:18, NKJV)
ALL authority! Over everything that's happening right now in the world and in your life! Over every sickness, every worry, and every pain! All power is given to Him, to this wonderful Jesus who lives IN YOU!
Because of this amazing truth, I'm filled with hope as I pray that 2023 will be the most wonderful year of your life! In Him, you go from strength to strength (see Psalm 84:7) and glory to glory (see 2 Corinthians 3:18). Yes, Jesus is everything you need!
I exhort you today: don't dwell on what you lack any longer when Christ is all you need! Why don't we start this year singing this song out loud to Him: "Christ Is Enough"?
God bless you!
You are a miracle!
Déborah
