When our minds and attention are focused on and consumed by the challenges and difficulties of this life, we’ll find fear and hopelessness beginning to rise. But, when we are focused on Jesus and the fact that He is holding all things together by the power of His Word, it then shoots peace and courage into our souls. If we lack peace it just means that you’re giving the storm too much attention.
QUESTIONS
What areas do I need to turn over to Jesus? What have I been worrying about that I need to be praying about? What victories has God brought into my life?
CONFESSION
I will have peace no matter the difficulty I’m facing. My confidence isn’t in my circumstances but in Jesus.
