Alpha and Omega
Christ, the Alpha and the Omega, is Lord over the very beginnings and endings of our lives. Today is His, completely. Everything that concerns us—from being born to dying—is in His control. For example, Christ is master over the beginning and ending of my work, including all that concerns me about finding, holding, or even losing a job.
Christ, the “author and finisher of our faith” (Heb. 12:2), is the initiator of life’s every detail. He originates and creates all we need to start our journey as well as finish it. He not only gives us new life in Him, He completes it.
