Book By Book 1: Genesis To 2 SamuelSample

Saul’s insecurity leads him to want to murder a faithful and powerful ally. He is still relying on his own strategies and strengths and does not even consider a godly approach.
Saul’s downward spiral is instructive. The more a person turns from God, the more insecure he feels, which causes him to rely more on himself and less on God.
