Lectio Divina is a prayerful way of reading Scripture that helps to move the truth of God’s word from our head to our heart.
Having stilled yourself, read a Bible passage slowly – perhaps out loud. If a word or phrase stands out, pause and reflect on it.
What is God’s invitation to you in this passage? Where does it connect with your life and frontline? Talk to God about what you noticed.
In silence, receive His words and wisdom into your heart and rest in His love.
