As our awareness of what drives us grows, we can consciously identify our motivation in each situation and choose to act in a way that bears fruit. This requires us to pause and make that choice rather than reacting automatically.

To do this, we will reflect on the trials and triumphs you face each day – spotting opportunities to partner with God in bringing about His purposes, and overcoming our inner barriers to action by developing healthy habits and practices.
