He is Holy

In Matthew 6, Jesus teaches us how to pray. He begins this prayer by declaring God’s holiness. When we declare He is holy, we join in with Heaven’s declaration and are ushered into His Presence. In your daily encounter today, declare God’s holiness. Let God’s holiness usher you into worship and adoration. As you connect with God this way, you remind yourself there is no one else like Him. Read through the scriptures today and pray for the Holy Spirit to bring fresh revelation to you on His holiness. You may have read some of these verses before, but God’s words always carry power. Chew on what you’re reading and expect Him to teach you more. When you meditate on what God says, it brings transformation to your life! Because He is set apart, there is always something more He has to show us.

Pray: Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be your name. I get to call you Father. Father, you are holy. Jesus, you are holy. Holy Spirit, you are holy. There is no one like you! You are totally other and set apart. Today, I get my soul in alignment with this truth. Every other god is an idol. You are the one true living God! Father, would you reveal a new aspect of your holiness to me? Show me where I am not seeing your holiness. Give me eyes to see you fully! This day is Yours.
