ReroutingSample
I love the confidence of little kids. We’ve all probably seen a toddler fearlessly run to a playground and head straight for what we would consider death-defying equipment. They jump right onto the monkey bars or fly headfirst toward a swing, with no regard for hitting the ground. They not only have trust in themselves, but it’s also as if they know the adults around them are ready and able to step in and lend a hand. They can have confidence because they know that there is someone to catch and console them when they fall. This is the kind of confidence that we can continue to feel today. We don’t have to live in fear of what is ahead because we have confidence in the One who is always there to help and see us through, the One who has gone and prepared our steps for us. Of course, it’s one thing to have confidence and another to have trust. What things in your life have caused you to put your trust in God? Looking at all the ways in which God has helped us in the past can help us hold on to the confidence that He will also do so in the future.

About this Plan
No matter the destination you’re trying to reach, the journey to get there comes with twists and turns instead of a straight path. We often have to reroute. In this devotional we’ll dive into what it looks like to reroute and find a new map along the journey. We’ll see many examples of God working to fulfill the plans He created for us.
