Have you ever noticed how you start acting like someone when you spend a lot of time with them? Suddenly their funny phrase becomes your funny phrase, their favorite song becomes your favorite song, and their opinions influence your opinions. Because of that, it matters that you surround yourself with people who influence and impact your life for the better. When you walk with wise people, you become wise, too.
Think of the people you spend your time with right now. Are they making your life better? Are they pushing you toward wisdom? If they are, thank God for those people in your life. And if they aren’t, think about what you can do to surround yourself with those who impact your life for good.
